Live Well: Adult Stress Management Group
Cost: $25 a week
Age Group: Adults

Children's Social Skills Group
Cost: $30 a week
Age Group: Ages 8-12
Description: Social skills groups teach children a variety of social skills to help children in developing skills to communicate and interact effectively with other people and within his/her environment. The goals of this group are to help children make and keep friends, develop more self-confidence, and behave more appropriately while meeting the developmental needs of the individual children. Social skills groups are intended to meet the developmental needs of individual children. We will work on active listening, conversational skills, problem solving, anger management, cooperation and courtesy, and identifying and understanding personal emotions as well as the emotions of others. Children will be taught how to read social cues and how to react appropriately to them. During group sessions, activities including role-plays and group interaction are used so that children can practice their new skills.
Parenting Skills Group: Parenting Children with Challenging Behaviors
Cost: $40 a week
Age Group: Adults
Description: Offer caregivers a solution focused and practical approach towards understanding children's needs and solving everyday behavior problems. The program emphasizes proactive prevention techniques and positive behavior supports. Over the course of the 8 weeks, caregivers will understand what may be triggering behavior problems and what solutions will work best with their child to improve the child’s behavior and promote more peaceful family functioning.
